The following modifications have been made to this guitar:
- The matte finish has been buffed to a gloss
- DiMarzio Illuminators instead of SBMM pickups
- EBMM JP toggle installed for split coils in middle position
- Schaller locking tuners installed
- EBMM JP knobs installed
- Music Man branded SKB hard-shell case
- Retains SBMM “boost” push/push volume pot.
Shows minor signs of play wear, with some swirl marks around knobs and tuning machines, some light/faint scratches from picking, and 3-4 very small marks in the finish – see photos.
Please note that the original matte finish on these guitars was far from perfect, and some areas show imperfections in the factory surface prep.
