Dubaldo Music Center was founded in February of 1953 by Bruno Dubaldo, after he graduated from the Hartford Conservatory with a degree in violin. His dream was to provide a comfortable environment for people to come learn and experience music, and he accomplished that with the opening of a music retail store that specialized in lessons, instrument sales, and repairs. The DuBaldo family eventually purchased Beller's Music, also located in Manchester, CT, and combined the two instrument stores into one new location.
