The Series 09 features a genuine Werner Tomasi head joint in SilverLight (Ag835).  The Silver light headjoint is easier to play thanks to the slightly lower weight, and offers less resistance when blowing and still responds easily. With additional features such as a Grenadilla lip-plate, open hole construction, silver plated body, and French style case, this flute will impress listeners and players alike with both its looks and sound!

The lip-plate of Grenadilla wood holds a special place; its colorful and easily modulated tone appeals not only to lovers of early music but also offers a warm sound with a rich overtone resonance. Grenadilla is a practical alternative for players who are allergic to nickel or have other skin problems.
