In association with the Downtown Manchester Special Services District, Beller’s Music brings you free concerts on Thursday evenings in July and August from 6-8pm in Downtown Manchester’s lovely Center Park near Mary Cheney Library. Bring a lawn chair and your picnic dinner, or dine at one of Downtown’s restaurants.

July 24
– The Manchesters – This four-man group of lively Manchester natives, comprising members of Silverado and the former Quiet Ones, keeps you clapping, toe tapping, laughing, and singing along to your favorite vintage rock songs.

July 27
– Wastin’ Bullets – Wastin’ Bullets, from Meriden, is Connecticut’s premier Texas cover band – a surprising honky tonk rockabilly classic country ensemble. Wear your two-steppin shoes!

Aug 3
– Jeff Mainville Duo – The Jeff Mainville Duo plays a great mix of classic and southern rock and country – everything from the classic hits of yesterday to current hits of today. Strong vocal performances combine with guitar and keyboard musical textures to give you a big, authentic sound.

Aug 10
– Opus Four String Quartet – The Opus Four String Quartet has been featured at the Governor’s Mansion and the State Capitol and routinely performs at assisted living facilities. The members of the Quartet are high school students from South Windsor and Glastonbury, where they excel academically in addition to their extracurricular interests.
